As soon as they opened the next morning my husband called and spoke with a nice gentleman named Chris over the phone and told him we were interested and we would be driving over to see the truck in person. When we got there, they had the truck pulled out front and Chris greeted us with a smile. He was very kind, personable, and respectful. He answered all our questions honestly and to our satisfaction. After test driving the truck my husband decided he wanted to purchase it. Chris walked us through the entire buying process from start to finish and had the truck all ready to drive off the lot with a full tank of gas. I did not feel pressured at all from phone calls to the final transaction. With Kathleen, I felt at ease and I was confident knowing I was in good hands. She was very knowledgeable about the car too. Mark and his son Chase were beyond amazing when it came to financing. They got me out the door with no money down, a great interest rate and an affordable monthly payment through Ford Financing. All of the salesmen were friendly and nice and the whole staff acted like family. They may not have the fancy showroom like other dealerships, but their service and follow through are by far WAY better than the other dealerships we have experienced in the past few months. My brand new car had not gone through the post delivery inspection yet (because it literally just got off the truck). It was at the end of the day, so I had to wait for the inspection and detail. Highly recommend this place I dealt with Timothy Hardnett he was so easy going and not a pushy car salesman, that was a plus for me that it didn’t make feel that I had to purchase. Also Mark and Chris they were super Friendly and so down to earth easy to talk to they were really helpful with my purchase. I will most definitely be returning to purchase again from this dealership. Update… since first purchase at this dealership a year ago my adult daughter has also purchased from them and today we went back and purchased my 16 year old daughter a car here. We love dealing with Timothy Hardnett and Mark Hopkins the manager.
